By providing your telephone number and confirming your acceptance of SMS/text messages from BestMex.com, through electronic and/or digital means, you expressly consent to receive recurring non-marketing and marketing text messages from BestMex, as part of MXGA Auto Inc and MXGA, Inc., (hereinafter BestMex), including text messages made with an automatic telephone dialing system, at the telephone number(s) that you provide. Your consent is not required to purchase any goods or services. You may opt out of these communications at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Privacy and Security notice.

 

Program Description

BestMex may use an automatic telephone dialing system to deliver text messages or notifications to you. BestMex text messages are intended to provide you with information about BestMex services including:

  • Confirmation and receipt of your purchase.
  • A copy of your policy.
  • Verification codes for 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) and password recovery.
  • Customer Service help messages.
  • Other messages about handling and servicing your policy.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with BestMex text messages as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans. BestMex.com does not charge a separate fee for sending BestMex text messages.

 

How to Opt In

To opt in to receive text messages from BestMex, please follow the instructions provided when you enroll via the BestMex website by the option [Create your BestMex Account]. When speaking with one of our representatives, please mention that you consent to receive text messages from BestMex with the required information or responses.

 

How to Opt Out

To stop receiving text messages from BestMex, reply STOP to any of the messages received from BestMex or send an email to service@mxga.com  at any time.

To receive help from BestMex, text HELP to 972-719-4008, or you may receive help via the “Contact Us” page on the BestMex website or by calling to BestMex phone number 972-719-4008 (Monday to Friday 9 to 18hrs CST).

 

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. If you change your mobile telephone number, you may change your mobile telephone number at BestMex.com at “My account” page option [Edit My Account].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

Access or Delivery to Mobile Network Is Not Guaranteed

Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of  the control of BestMex, and BestMex is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.

 

Eligibility

You must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older. BestMex reserves the right to require you to prove that you are at least 18 years of age.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The BestMex may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time.
