Watch out People. I bought Mexican insurance for my trucks for many years until I had to use it. In November 20th 2025 my truck was stolen in Chihuahua, my carrier was Mapfre and until now , July 6th 2026 still have no answer. They been asking for tons of paperwork back and forth to one department and then another. I been emailing this guy for a month and had not a single unswerving. Watch out!!!

We have reviewed the list of documents and found them to be standard requirements that many of our tourist policyholders submit without difficulty. We regret that you encountered complications delivering the documents to Mapfre; however, our records show that we contacted you immediately after you reached out to us and connected you with representatives to assist with your case. They are currently contacting you again to find a way to help.
