I bought a tourist car insurance for Mexico,my pickup was hit when it was parked, the Mexican Car Ins (MAPFRE) agent showed up to the scene, filled out the report and said he will transfer the case to a special agent for tourist cases, from here things got weird, no feedback and not action by the MAPFRE agent, We asked the agent and he keep making excuses and not support at all, we returned to USA with nothing acomplished, I believe BestMex is a good company but need to make sure the insurance companies in Mexico are serious and with good reputation.
Update: I got contacted by BestMex and received a Mapfre contact number in USA, I called this contact several times during last 2 days but not answering my calls, left a voice message and no feedback until today, this is frustating, now I believe I got to fix my car myself because I'm driving it without driver rearview mirror and I'm taking the risk.
