It can be served on tostadas, in cocktail, wrapped in egg, in stuffed chiles or simply grilled. Other specialties include crab and fish broths, octopus, crab stuffed peppers and more.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Rosarito region was home to dinosaurs, turtles, amphibians, reptiles and other species<\/span><\/p>\n

Millions of years ago this area was inhabited by dinosaurs and other species that left their mark. Researchers from the Museum of Natural History of Los Angeles County with support from the Institute of Geology of the UNAM found bone remains of a theropod, belonging to the family of tyrannosaurs and a crested hidrosaur in the years of 1966 and 1974.<\/span><\/p>\n
